Maloney Services Group (MSG) specializes in connecting aviation professionals with employers in the business aviation industry. Industry veteran Bryan Maloney founded the business to help aviation professionals looking for new career opportunities, and connect companies with candidates.

It was a natural fit for MSG to enlist Authentic Web Solutions (AWS) to help launch their website. MSG Managing Partner Mary Maloney had worked with AWS and was already familiar with the company’s work and reputation.

The Challenge

MSG’s online presence was minimal—they didn’t have a website. 

Starting from the ground up meant that AWS would not only need to develop a site that would create search engine authority but would be launching the new home of MSG’s business on the internet. 

MSG needed a website that informed visitors about their business, would allow prospects to find more information and give them a point of contact. 

The Strategy

With a set budget and some basic needs, one of the key drivers of the project was to avoid overdoing it. At this stage in their business, MSG just needed a clean, simple, direct website. 

A project timeline was mapped out and the teams kept in touch, communicating frequently via email and bi-weekly meetings. The content provided was a key piece of the project because it helped shape the site’s structure and design, so close collaboration with the company’s copywriter ensured the right approach was being taken. 

Results

AWS met the client’s needs by delivering a five-page site with a simple navigation, clear messaging and prominent calls to action.

Several methods of contact were incorporated into the design across the site, including in both the header and footer, to make it easier for site visitors to quickly get in touch with Bryan regardless of where they were in their journey. 

Design inspiration was taken from the logo. The shamrock logo, which is a nod to Bryan’s Irish heritage, was woven into the page design. A strong presence of blue was complemented with hints of green, also a reference to his Irish roots. The colors were thoughtfully used to emphasize the brand’s identity across the site.
