Although we have a small team, we work hard and accomplish a lot for our clients. That and our commitment to trust, honesty and transparency is why most of our clients have been with us for many years.
We are a fully remote team and therefore all work from home. That provides flexibility and autonomy that not all companies can offer, but it also makes communication and trust crucial.
We have weekly team status calls and bi-weekly one-on-one calls between managers and direct reports, plus we depend heavily on our project management platform and chat tool to stay in touch on a day-to-day basis and ensure everyone is on the same page.
During launch periods, which are planned in advance, the team may be required to go into the all-hands-on-deck mode. This means working until the project is done, and it may even mean doing tasks that aren’t normally contained within the job description of this role.
There are times throughout the year we meet for in-person collaboration, so some travel may be required. Don’t worry, travel and accommodations are covered by the company.
