How long will it take to setup my web care plan?

Once you complete the checkout process, we’ll have your plan set up within 3-5 business days.

Does unused monthly support time roll over?

Our care plans are designed to be monthly plans and as such we reserve your place in our queue and resources each month, therefore it does not rollover for our Fundamentals ($99) and Professional ($249) plans.

Our Platinum plan ($499) allows for 4 hours to rollover up to one year from the signup date, when it will reset.

Do you manage WooCommerce websites?

Websites with advanced functionality like WooCommerce require our Professional Plan or above. They take more resources for us to manage, test and keep running smoothly. We want to have you on the right plan so we are able to dedicate what’s needed to keep your website secure, fast, and open for business.

What happens if my website goes down or is hacked?

Our website care plans are preventative care, so we do our best to prevent anything from happening. However in the event that your website has a major issue, we will communicate with the web hosting company on your behalf. We do not make guarantees that your website will not be hacked, but we will do everything within our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.

How do the quarterly strategy calls work?

We know brainstorming and strategy can be a critical part of strengthening and evolving a website. These consulting calls are reserved for our Platinum care clients and will focus on questions or discuss points you have regarding your website, as well as recommendations we have.

Can I purchase a web care plan if I am not hosting with Authentic Web Solutions?

We’ll work with anybody regardless of their hosting provider. We realize that every website has different needs and that clients have different budgets and hosting requirements. What if I need more support time?

If you have work you’d like completed for your website that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan. We will evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case by case basis, and with approval, work past the time and bill for time exceeded at our current support rate of $100/hour.

Can I really cancel at any time?

100%. Absolutely. We would be disappointed to see you go but we know there is sometimes a need to go a different route. Request a cancellation via email to webcare@authenticwebsolutons.com and we will immediately stop the next payment.

Authentic Web Solutions didn't build my website. Can I still sign up for a Web Care Plan?

Although these plans are designed for sites that were built by us, we welcome clients who are looking for a partner who can help them maintain their website.

We first like to do a Website Evaluation to become familiar with the website, how it was built and any potential issues that can arise. With the evaluation we will perform all the “Website Updates and Monitoring” tasks and make a full backup. Most importantly we will make list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly care plan.
